Our Advanced Search (available to Corporate and above) is a specially crafted community search that was developed after much research and feedback. You can read all about the advanced search and the features in great detail here (or see the chart at the end of the post). To see it in action, we also created this video playlist:

To ensure advanced search is working fully, there is one small tweak you need to make. It will only take a second, but it unleashes the full power of advanced search.  To make this change, go to the "customize theme" section of your dashboard, on the HTML tab. Look for the following code {searchbox}, as you see here:

And change it to {searchbox_advanced} as noted below:

Once you click save, your search box will now have the features of Advanced Search ready for your members.
